A little help.
A human in charge.
Friday Assistant helps its owner make sense of email, prepare replies and organize a dedicated Gmail inbox. It runs on a private home server using Hermes Agent, with cloud and local AI models.
Read & summarize
Find relevant messages and turn supplied email content into useful summaries and action items.
Prepare & review
Prepare reply text for the owner to check. Sending and saving Gmail drafts require a separate approval.
Organize with approval
Propose labels, read-status changes, archiving or moving messages to Trash. The owner reviews each action before execution.
Built for one owner. This site explains Friday Assistant and its data practices. The assistant and its dashboard are privately operated; there is no public account registration.
How Google access works
The owner connects a dedicated Gmail account using Google authorization. Friday uses email access to provide the requested assistant features. An isolated service holds the Gmail credentials and requires a separate administrator approval for mailbox changes and sending.
When a cloud model handles email, relevant message content and results are sent to that model provider. Read the privacy notice for details about processing, storage and revoking access.
